About Me
Keeping Employees Productive

Last year, I realized that a few of our employees did not have the best intentions when they came to work. It seemed like their goal was to slack off and avoid work, and it was really frustrating. I realized that I had to do something in order to make things right, so I started working with them to train them. I also installed a camera system and explained the consequences of their actions. Within about six months, we were able to completely overhaul things, and it made a huge difference. This blog is all about keeping employees productive and on track, so that you can keep your company viable.

What To Look For When Reviewing A Propane Supply Agreement

Grace Hanson

When you have moved into a building that has propane appliances, you will need to have your propane delivered to you by a propane supply company. When you are looking at different companies to potentially hire, it's important to understand the agreement that you will be entering into with each company.

Payment for Your Propane

Before receiving your propane, you will sign an agreement. The agreement clarifies what is provided with the service and what is expected of you. For example, the agreement will detail when you will make a payment for the propane supply service. You might make a single payment for your propane or you might be able to make your payments in installments. Also, make sure to know what the late fees are. Even though you might not mean to make a late payment, the late fees can help you determine whether to enter into an agreement.

Delivery Information

The agreement will clarify when propane will be delivered to your property. Some companies will automatically deliver the propane on a specific date and other companies will require that you call them ahead of time. Therefore, you'll want to enter an agreement that is the most convenient for you.

Maintenance and Repairs

The agreement might detail the maintenance and repair services that are provided by the company. Make sure to understand what the company will be liable for if anything goes wrong with your propane.

Other Services

In addition to supplying propane, you are usually able to rent or purchase a propane tank from the company. However, you can always shop around for other propane tanks.

Terms of the Agreement

Like with any agreement, there are usually various terms you will want to consider. For example, you should learn about what happens if you decide to terminate your agreement early. Or, you might simply want to change your agreement and you will want to know the process for doing this. For example, you might determine that you need more propane than you expected.

If you are considering choosing a particular propane supply company, you will then need to provide them with information, such as your name, address, and phone number. You may need to provide your social security number so that they can run a credit check. In some cases, you might also choose to have a co-applicant to increase your odds of having better terms so you can enter the best agreement possible with a propane supply company.

Contact a local propane supply company, such as APOLLO PROPANE INC, to learn more.
